# Murf

Murf.ai Studio is an artificial intelligence voice generator and text to speech software[\[1\]](https://murf.ai/)[\[2\]](https://speechify.com/blog/what-is-murf-ai-studio-and-reviews). It enables users to create studio-quality voiceovers from the comfort of their own homes[\[1\]](https://murf.ai/), with the ability to adjust the pitch, punctuation, emphasis, and other elements to make the AI sound more natural[\[1\]](https://murf.ai/). Murf also offers a voice cloning feature which allows users to create a realistic AI voice that conveys all the nuances of human speech[\[1\]](https://murf.ai/). It is used for a wide range of use cases such as promotional videos, explainer videos, elearning content and podcasts[\[1\]](https://murf.ai/)[\[4\]](https://twitter.com/murfaistudio). Murf is developed by Murf AI which is working on simplifying voice audio and making high-quality voice overs accessible to everyone using artificial intelligence[\[3\]](https://www.linkedin.com/company/murf-ai). It has a free version but it’s rather handicapped as it only allows 10 minutes of text transcription or voice generation[\[2\]](https://speechify.com/blog/what-is-murf-ai-studio-and-reviews). It can be compared to Speechify—another text to speech option on the market—but Murf offers more features such as converting home-style recordings into studio-quality AI voices[\[2\]](https://speechify.com/blog/what-is-murf-ai-studio-and-reviews)[\[5\]](https://www.capterra.com/p/216058/Murf-Studio).
