MetaOSINT

MetaOSINT (https://metaosint.github.io/) is a tool to quickly identify relevant, publicly-available open source intelligence ("OSINT") tools and resources[1]arrow-up-right, saving valuable time during investigations, research, and analysis[2]arrow-up-right. It provides an interactive visualization to start broader and surface many similar and alternative resources in the same categories[2]arrow-up-right. MetaOSINT is a Python3 Application for Unix-based Operating Systems[3]arrow-up-right that requires at least python version 3.5 to work[4]arrow-up-right. It analyzes metadata and creates dynamic reports using tools such as Exiftool[4]arrow-up-right, progress[4]arrow-up-right, dominate[4]arrow-up-right, colorama[4]arrow-up-right and pyexifinfo[4]arrow-up-right. Additionally, it retrieves information about a given domain from the Google Transparency Report : https://transparencyreport.google.com/https/certificates [3]arrow-up-right.MetaOSINT also includes a repository of OSINT-and-Cybersecurity-accounts-in-Mastodon which brings together tool creators, bloggers, speakers, book authors, and other interesting Mastodon accounts [5]arrow-up-right. This repository can be subscribed to all profiles from this list at once by downloading the file osint_accounts.csv from this repository and importing it into your account using the menu: Preferences -> Import and export -> Import (make sure that the Merge option is active)[5]arrow-up-right.
